I recently met with Dr Rambacher regarding an abrasion on my foot that was healing slowly. I have peripheral neuropathy in my toes, so I definitely had concerns because of that. Turned out it was infected and he immediately put me on oral antibiotics. I go back next week for follow up. Very professional office with friendly staff. If you’re having any issues with your feet, this is where you need to go! Five stars!

The wait is not too long but then the doctor spends a good amount of time working with you. Dr. Has never hurried me and answers all your questions so you understand any procedures. I like the staff as well so going to his office is not something to dread. Dr. Rambacher has a good sense of humor and does his best to make sure you are comfortable.

Front staff is pleasant and friendly. They are helpful when scheduling appointments too Dr Rambacher and his team are thorough. I injured my toe, they took extra care to get X-rays, in office ;) Also performed a circulation check. I’m planning on doing a bunion surgery next month. Using a minimally invasive procedure and ceramic post. My experience is that Dr Rambacher has a goal of perfection and I’m excited to see how it turns out!

I could not have procedure I would have liked because of medication to be used to my inderstanding. My hope is I can get some relief and start my daily walking routine again. We had our usual late afternoon visit with my adult son for our nail clippings and we didn’t get home until 2 hours later. The office was filled with patients since the Dr. was out for several days that week prior to our scheduled visit. It took 2 staff to cut my nails properly and we were good to go, but staff person told us not to schedule on Mondays.

Dr Rambacher is the bomb

He was quick to diagnose the problem and explained what I had and how he was going to treat it. He caused no pain and told me how to treat it at home with a cream that he ordered from my pharmacy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a podiatrist.

Dr. Rambacher is the best podiatrist alive! He has done the best surgery on my left foot six years ago, my Big toe was literally crushed and Now it’s better than ever. Last week I got a second opinion from him since I was forced to go to Urgent Care initially. After reviewing my professional imaging at his office, he said that I didn’t have any fracture. I was so relieved because I was given conflicting and wrong information at the Urgent Care and the podiatrist that works at the urgent care. He is such a gem for our community. I would 100% you recommend him. Feeling so grateful and blessed to have found the best podiatrist.

Never a wait! Dr. Rashbacher couldn’t explain things any better if he tried. I am always well informed when I walk out of the door.

I am under the care of this medical office and my healing was compromised by a coexisting condition. Dr Rambacher was an extremely efficient and patient as my healing was slower than expected. He was able to surgically repair multiple injuries to my foot with minimal invasive surgery and the healing took time as well as therapy in order to bring my foot back to use. He sees me periodically to evaluate my progress. I really appreciate the care and recommend this group.

I went to see the Dr for an infection on my right toe. I was prescribed antibiotics and a cream. My toes is doing very well. The pain is gone and in the infection has dis appeared. I am very pleased with the results.

I have been going to Dr. Rambacher for several years. He is very educated on new procedures and goes above and beyond to explain and illustrate remedies.

I was having foot problems for a long time. X-rays showed a problem so I was referred to Dr Rambacher by my physician. He helped me manage my pain but once he ordered the MRI we knew foot surgery was necessary. I am 31/2 months post surgery and very happy with my recovery. I’m taking no pain meds, and mostly back to normal. Heels will take a bit longer. I am very thankful to Dr Rambacher and his wonderful staff that I have been introduced to and very grateful for all there help.

Dr. Rambacher is great however the office staff is lacking. Took me 4 calls and texts to get a response to schedule and appt and the office was running 50 min behind for the actual appt.

Dr. Rambacher has taken a creative approach to issues that have plagued me for decades, and for which I've seen several other surgeons and podiatrists to no avail. I have recommended him to many others and will continue to do so.

My foot is healing from surgery and they are focused on minimizing my pain. I have minimal if any scarring on my foot which I thought was great as I was expecting scars. I am 69 years old, before seeing Dr Rambacher I had repeated serious painful gout attacks that had taken me off my feet for days, I had to buy some crutches just to get around the house. I saw many other doctors they seemed like novices concerning my gout problem. However since I started my care with Dr Rambacher I have been on my feet with only minor flare ups, scary bad attacks are gone, I am very grateful that I can walk everyday now. I have been with Dr Rambacher for about a year now.

I was having pain in my foot. My doctors wanted me to exercise and eat right, lose weight and pursue a healthy lifestyle and I could barely walk. I tried physical therapy which helped but didn’t work to alleviate pain so I was referred to Dr Rambacher. We went non-surgical route but I was still hurting so he sent me in for MRI. This confirmed that a surgical solution was my best option. I am happy to say that I’m recovering, it was and is painful but my concerns and pain management while healing are being addressed as of primary importance. Dr Rambacher has been thorough, conscientious and empathic which I believe are just as important as his obvious skill in his job.

He listened to me, and explained everything as well as offering options for correcting the problem.

I have been seeing Dr. Rambacher for three months now for an injury. He evaluated my pain and has been trying to resolve my foot problem. He has been very thorough ordering tests while treating me for pain. He is courteous and the staff are friendly and efficient. They listen to me and are accommodating which to me is very important.

Still the greatest place for total foot and ankle care. New team members, Sam performed excellent nail trimming and Mary was kind and professional handling the front desk. Also, female doctor has joined the practice.

I’m at Simon Med Imaging now, I called to confirm time, they said 10:30am I arrived approximately 45 minutes early, front desk woman said I was late, I said no call answering service to confirm time, she wouldn’t said my only options were to wait at office for two hours or go to Santa Ana office, ridiculous me coming from Laguna Beach is not a viable option and do not want to be told that again. Also when I called to speak to someone in office answering service will not let you with endless prompts asking if I wanted directions that I already have, of course if there was some way of actually talking to someone in the office this tragedy could have been avoided. Dr, Rambacher may very well have saved my life. During a routine foot exam, he noticed my leg was swollen and discolored. He ordered an ultra sound. No blood clot was found, but I did have vein failure which can be treated. I appreciate Dr. Rambacher's observation and professional care.

I had a bunion surgery a couple years ago by an another doctor fixed the surgery didn’t go well, Dr. Rambacher fix the surgery put in a toe implant and I’m back in my high hills.

Often I find doctors tend to rush through appointments to get to their next and I didn’t feel that way with Dr. O’Connor who took her time with me to address my needs and figure out the best solution for what I was facing.

I have been going to Dr Rambacher for almost two years now, and I couldn't be any happier for the kind care given to me at this facility. I never had to wait for long and everyone was so friendly and courteous. My needs were addressed promptly to the details, and the solutions helped me walk better with confidence. First off, parking is always a problem! I had a 10am appt. I signed myself in (no one greeted me). I sat for 45 minutes in the waiting room before seeing a nurse and then she asked me if I wanted my toenails cut on both feet! I didn't even see the doctor and was finished 5 minutes later. I usually refrain from leaving comments but must say that this office lacks customer service.

Just this last visit I got the time wrong for my visit by 2 1/2 hrs. And he took my visit anyway for a biopsy I needed. Dr. RAMBACHER and nurses stayed behind, taking from their lunch to take care of me. He takes his time to explain all my fears of my neuropathy. Me and my husband have trust in him

I went to have my nails clipped and to mention that my right foot was very soar. They tested it and an Ace bandages was applied and medicine was issued by the doctors. I have a follow up for next week. I was very pleased !

Dr Rahmbacher is one of the best doctors that I’ve had. He tackled fixing my arthritic foot that multiple other doctors failed and actually created more damage. I thank him for saving my life when he realized that I had become septic. After months of hospitals, care centers, and now home care help, I am finally on the road to full recovery. Dr Rambacher not only diagnosed the issue, he also showed me that my other foot is experiencing the same condition. I am on my way to resolving this health issue and am so grateful I found Dr Rambacher. You will be very happy with Dr Rambacher and his staff. They are all respectful of your concerns with your health issues, explain everything perfectly well that you don’t need to ask again, are extremely courteous, genuinely care about you and your well-being. Check them out. Tuesday is their late day, 9am to 7pm. Where else can find a specialist’s office open that late to accommodate you with your schedule?

Dr. Rambacher was very thorough and spent time explaining diabetes and how it affects my feet. He was very patient and answered all my questions. This was my first visit with him and it was a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend him.

Usually a short wait. AFriendly and very competent staff and Dr R is great. For those with difficulty walking there is valet otherwise parking can be limited so an early arrival might be a better option. :-)

The office worked my father in on the same day I called due to a serious leg wound. Dr. Rambacher and staff were kind & respectful to my 98 year old father and addressed his needs professionally. We left the visit feeling well taken care of and received an immediate follow up care appointment.

Dr. Rambacher has taken impeccable care of me, through minor issues and a complicated ankle fracture with badly torn ligaments that required surgery, I’d never go to another specialist, ever.

The doctor and assistant very informative and thorough, but the wait was long, the time spent in chair waiting was long, the entire appt. Was over 1.5 hours. The cost of the doctors own orthotics very high, woman in waiting room talking loudly on phone to someone with very disturbing news, nobody told her to NOT do this. Should be a sign to go outside. It was horrible hearing what she was saying!! I told The front desk they didn’t do anything to help.

Dr. Rambacher,’s experience and knowledge save the toes on my left foot and I know without a doubt he also saved my life as he caught. I was becoming septic and sent me to the emergency room four months later I still got my feet and I’m almost totally back to normal after years of suffering.

I waited over 1 hour in a very cold small exam room. I went to the reception desk and asked for a blanket. The response was “we don’t have any “. When I asked how long till the doctor would be back, the answer was “ he’s with other patients “. Lack of respect for the patient’s time is inexcusable.

Went in to see Dr Rambacher for a problem with my Ankle that has been bothering me for the past 30 yrs, but the only solutions were Fusing my ankle bone together, amputation or do nothing. He used a new procedure to grow back 40% of my Tulas bone back. It has been a year since the surgery and I am finally got the quality of life back. I can go on hikes, ride bikes and play sports again. Highly recommend him.

Unfortunate I retired and had a PPO insurance when working, and have not been happy with an HMO he gave me was as if I did have a PPO and he cared. I was confident that my injury would be taken care of. I called explain my injury. They made an office visit at first two weeks away. I ask staff what I could do to care for fractured foot, staff went and talked to doctor and Doctor made time for me the day I call. Overall Doctor and staff were amazing. Lots of testing done - trimming of nails- including X-rays etc

I have known Dr. Thomas for the last eight years I seen him treat other patients and seeing them make a speedy recovery and they’re always thankful for his expertise and his decisions on how to treat them. I’m having surgery performed on the 22nd of month and I feel very confident in the outcome because of his skills and his nose of the field.
