Such a great experience! After evaluating my daughter, the doctor was also able to see my four-year-old son, which was so convenient and appreciated. He was kind, patient, and thorough in checking his feet, explaining everything clearly, and making sure I understood everything and what he needs as he grows. Such a kind and knowledgeable podiatrist! I brought my eight-year-old daughter in for a pronated ankle, and he quickly identified early signs of flat feet. He explained everything clearly, explained her developing cartilage on ultrasound, and reassured me that simple shoe inserts will help her feet grow correctly. He’s the third doctor that I’ve consulted for a failed surgery toe, and I loved every word that he said because it made sense! Dr. Thomas is very caring of taking care of my bunions and arthritis. I had a severe pain on my left foot heel when i first walking up in the morning. I went to see him and he helps me to reduce my pain so much after he gave me a shot. His staff is very professional i am so glad he is my best podiatrist ❤️

Dr Rambacher has recommended foot surgery for me. I’m apprehensive but trust the Dr because he is very knowledgeable about multiple procedures. I would recommend Dr Rambacher to anyone who needs their feet checked.

I went to see the Dr for an infection on my right toe. I was prescribed antibiotics and a cream. My toes is doing very well. The pain is gone and in the infection has dis appeared. I am very pleased with the results.

I have been going to Dr. Rambacher for several years. He is very educated on new procedures and goes above and beyond to explain and illustrate remedies.

I was having foot problems for a long time. X-rays showed a problem so I was referred to Dr Rambacher by my physician. He helped me manage my pain but once he ordered the MRI we knew foot surgery was necessary. I am 31/2 months post surgery and very happy with my recovery. I’m taking no pain meds, and mostly back to normal. Heels will take a bit longer. I am very thankful to Dr Rambacher and his wonderful staff that I have been introduced to and very grateful for all there help.

Dr. Rambacher is great however the office staff is lacking. Took me 4 calls and texts to get a response to schedule and appt and the office was running 50 min behind for the actual appt.

My appointment with Dr Rambacher went well. He saw what the problem was with my foot and recommended an inflammatory and stretching exercises which should help. He also called me back when I had a question afterward which I appreciated.

My foot is healing from surgery and they are focused on minimizing my pain. I have minimal if any scarring on my foot which I thought was great as I was expecting scars. I am 69 years old, before seeing Dr Rambacher I had repeated serious painful gout attacks that had taken me off my feet for days, I had to buy some crutches just to get around the house. I saw many other doctors they seemed like novices concerning my gout problem. However since I started my care with Dr Rambacher I have been on my feet with only minor flare ups, scary bad attacks are gone, I am very grateful that I can walk everyday now. I have been with Dr Rambacher for about a year now.

I was having pain in my foot. My doctors wanted me to exercise and eat right, lose weight and pursue a healthy lifestyle and I could barely walk. I tried physical therapy which helped but didn’t work to alleviate pain so I was referred to Dr Rambacher. We went non-surgical route but I was still hurting so he sent me in for MRI. This confirmed that a surgical solution was my best option. I am happy to say that I’m recovering, it was and is painful but my concerns and pain management while healing are being addressed as of primary importance. Dr Rambacher has been thorough, conscientious and empathic which I believe are just as important as his obvious skill in his job.

He listened to me, and explained everything as well as offering options for correcting the problem.

I have been seeing Dr. Rambacher for three months now for an injury. He evaluated my pain and has been trying to resolve my foot problem. He has been very thorough ordering tests while treating me for pain. He is courteous and the staff are friendly and efficient. They listen to me and are accommodating which to me is very important.

Still the greatest place for total foot and ankle care. New team members, Sam performed excellent nail trimming and Mary was kind and professional handling the front desk. Also, female doctor has joined the practice.

I’m at Simon Med Imaging now, I called to confirm time, they said 10:30am I arrived approximately 45 minutes early, front desk woman said I was late, I said no call answering service to confirm time, she wouldn’t said my only options were to wait at office for two hours or go to Santa Ana office, ridiculous me coming from Laguna Beach is not a viable option and do not want to be told that again. Also when I called to speak to someone in office answering service will not let you with endless prompts asking if I wanted directions that I already have, of course if there was some way of actually talking to someone in the office this tragedy could have been avoided. Dr, Rambacher may very well have saved my life. During a routine foot exam, he noticed my leg was swollen and discolored. He ordered an ultra sound. No blood clot was found, but I did have vein failure which can be treated. I appreciate Dr. Rambacher's observation and professional care.

I have been going to Dr Rambacher for almost two years now, and I couldn't be any happier for the kind care given to me at this facility. I never had to wait for long and everyone was so friendly and courteous. My needs were addressed promptly to the details, and the solutions helped me walk better with confidence. First off, parking is always a problem! I had a 10am appt. I signed myself in (no one greeted me). I sat for 45 minutes in the waiting room before seeing a nurse and then she asked me if I wanted my toenails cut on both feet! I didn't even see the doctor and was finished 5 minutes later. I usually refrain from leaving comments but must say that this office lacks customer service.

Just this last visit I got the time wrong for my visit by 2 1/2 hrs. And he took my visit anyway for a biopsy I needed. Dr. RAMBACHER and nurses stayed behind, taking from their lunch to take care of me. He takes his time to explain all my fears of my neuropathy. Me and my husband have trust in him

I went to have my nails clipped and to mention that my right foot was very soar. They tested it and an Ace bandages was applied and medicine was issued by the doctors. I have a follow up for next week. I was very pleased !

I am on my way to resolving this health issue and am so grateful I found Dr Rambacher. You will be very happy with Dr Rambacher and his staff. They are all respectful of your concerns with your health issues, explain everything perfectly well that you don’t need to ask again, are extremely courteous, genuinely care about you and your well-being. Check them out. Tuesday is their late day, 9am to 7pm. Where else can find a specialist’s office open that late to accommodate you with your schedule?

Dr. Rambacher has taken impeccable care of me, through minor issues and a complicated ankle fracture with badly torn ligaments that required surgery, I’d never go to another specialist, ever.

The doctor and assistant very informative and thorough, but the wait was long, the time spent in chair waiting was long, the entire appt. Was over 1.5 hours. The cost of the doctors own orthotics very high, woman in waiting room talking loudly on phone to someone with very disturbing news, nobody told her to NOT do this. Should be a sign to go outside. It was horrible hearing what she was saying!! I told The front desk they didn’t do anything to help.

I waited over 1 hour in a very cold small exam room. I went to the reception desk and asked for a blanket. The response was “we don’t have any “. When I asked how long till the doctor would be back, the answer was “ he’s with other patients “. Lack of respect for the patient’s time is inexcusable.

Went in to see Dr Rambacher for a problem with my Ankle that has been bothering me for the past 30 yrs, but the only solutions were Fusing my ankle bone together, amputation or do nothing. He used a new procedure to grow back 40% of my Tulas bone back. It has been a year since the surgery and I am finally got the quality of life back. I can go on hikes, ride bikes and play sports again. Highly recommend him.

Unfortunate I retired and had a PPO insurance when working, and have not been happy with an HMO he gave me was as if I did have a PPO and he cared.
